It's time to arrest Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, who puts the interests of illegal aliens above those of Americans. Not only did she tip off illegal aliens an ICE raid was coming in February of 2018, she now said this (openly defying President Trump):

The mayor of Oakland, Calif., on Friday defended her intervention in immigration-related arrests that President Trump has called an obstruction of justice.

In a weekend op-ed for The Washington Post, Mayor Libby Schaaf (D) claimed she was upholding her "duty" to her residents by warning them of an incoming federal immigration raid in February. 

"As mayor, it’s my duty to protect my residents — especially when our most vulnerable are unjustly attacked. As a leader, it’s my duty to call out this administration’s anti-immigrant fearmongering for what it is: a racist lie," Schaaf wrote, also denying the "obstruction of justice" allegation. 

"Mr. President, I am not obstructing justice. I am seeking it," she wrote, writing that the immigrants in her community "deserve justice too."

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which planned to target around 1,000 people living illegally in the Bay Area city earlier this year, said Schaaf's warning tweet prevented the arrests of nearly 800. 

"I wanted to make sure that people were prepared, not panicked, and that they understood their legal rights," she said. She said she did not share information that would put law enforcement at risk.

Trump has targeted Schaaf for criticism multiple times since then, including as recently as this week when the president told Attorney General Jeff Sessions during a meeting that he should consider prosecuting the mayor.

Percentage of Immigrants Receiving Welfare Growing in the USA: President Trump Must Cut Them Off Entirely!

A recent report by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reveals that the rising level of education among new immigrants in the U.S. has done very little to relieve increasing poverty levels for new arrivals. The report indicates that in 2017 the number of new immigrants living in households on food stamps grew from 4%in 2007 to 13% in 2017 -- three times more than a decade before.

The report also showed that even though the number of new immigrants with an education level of a college degree or higher increased from 34% to 49% between 2007 and 2017, the number of new immigrants in the labor force dropped from 73% to 67% during that same time period.  

Additionally, the percentage of new immigrants on Medicaid grew from 6% in 2007 to 17% in 2017 -- an increase of 11 percentage points. Though the percentage of Americans on Medicaid also saw a slight increase of 9%, the study showed that new immigrants are two times more likely to live in poverty than those born in the U.S, regardless of increased education levels among new arrivals.

Immigrants should not be receiving any publicly supported welfare programs, supplied by the American taxpayer.

Donald Trump was right! Convicted child rapist caught crossing U.S. border with Mexico

A reminder: Trump has the best instincts. Confirmation of statement "rapists" are crossing are poorly defended border with Mexico:

In a widely ridiculed speech in 2015 at Trump Tower, Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president, promised to secure the U.S.-Mexico border and told the nation: “They’re bringing drugs, they’re bringing crime, they’re rapists …”To fix that problem, the future president promised he’d build a wall on the southern border.

The mainstream media lambasted Trump for being “insensitive,” said he is “racist” and accused him of “insulting” Mexico with his comments. 

When CNN asked Trump if he regretted saying “rapists” come across the border from Mexico, Trump doubled down: “Some are rapists and some are killers.” 

But was Trump actually right about rapists illegally crossing the border and coming into the U.S. from Mexico? 

On Easter Sunday, Border Patrol agents captured a convicted child rapist trying to illegally re-enter the U.S., according to a new report from Breitbart News. 

Gustavo Hurtdao-Juarez, 36, was arrested in Del Rio Texas, after he crossed the Rio Grande River. 

“The agents transported the Mexican national to the station for processing and a biometric background investigation,” Breitbart reported. “Agents learned that a Tennessee court convicted Hurtado-Juarez for aggravated statutory rape in Sumner County in 2010, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Dennis Smith.”
